Hii, long time no talk, I hope things are going well. I've been trying so hard not to pull, and did well for two days, but I got depressed and that ruined it. One day we will be pull free!!

if you fight hard enough you can start controlling this disorder. i have had it for 13 years and i know the struggle. i havent pulled in over a year and trust me if i can do it you can do it. have faith and dont give up.
