Today I woke up again with my hands and arms very sore. I went to the dr. to get blood tests done a week ago and she wants to maybe put me on predisone of Methotrexate. I really dont want to go on either one of those. They are both bad for me, and I want to cure myself the natural way with herbs and supplements. Usually my arms and hands are sore in the morning, and as long as I can walk, I will stay off that stuff. It should be a pretty good day today:)
