I am newly diagnosed with Lupus/ Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. I was also just told my aunt has cancer. I sometimes wonder if things like this will ever stop. I am feeling a bit down today. Most of the day has been good, but throughout the day I tend to have aches in my arms and my hands. They have not found a medicine that has suited me yet, so Im still trying to figure that out. It is very frustrating. Im just happy to know there are other people in the same boat as me.

Today I woke up and I am very sore on my arms and hands. Especially my hands. I cant even open my right hand all the way and I have to go to work...I dont know if this is the lupus or the RA that is effecting my hands and joints. This whole thing is so confusing. It frustrates me. I gotta go to work and make it the best day I can.
