  Just a note of caution - if you live in a community property state like I do (California) - the the promise to pay you is worthless. I saw an attorney and that is what he said. You split 50/50 regardless of any agreement. Only a pre-marital agreement is valid. My husband offered that - probably knowing that it wasn't binding. Good luck.

  Happy Birthday - and I wish you luck with your decision. I am still trying to decide whether to stay. I can't get over the betrayal and can't stop thinking of the 8 years of lies and other women. BUT, I hope all goes well with you and that you will succeed in your relationship.

  Never trust him compleatly, Once a cheater always a cheater. I know. If he were truly sorry why did he only stop after you busted him? They dont change so be carful.
