yeah, alot of people dont know how to help it, its a very hard symptom to deal with. I heard that biotin shampoo realy helps, i bought it at a health store and it does make a slight difference in body, but im still missing tons of hair i used to have, its very depressing, but i hope you come to your conclusions with the doctors and they can help you. And just to mention there is this lasor comb thats FDA approved now to help re grow hair. I heard it works better on women than men. So def give it some thought. its expensive 549 $ , but i hear its worth it, i just ordered it a few weeks ago, and they said they ere sold out, everyone wants one. i would go on the hairmax website and take a look, hope this was a bit of help. have a great weekend. :)
I am sending you a hug to let you know how much you're loved.
Sweetie, I am here for you and I care. You are very special and deserve so much. I also have PCOS.
Oh realy , wow ,, i keep thinking im the only one on this site, i started to get very angry one day. Sometimes i feel so alone about this, but what have you done to make it better? im glad im not alone , and hopefully our hair will grow back soon. That would be great.
In the past year I have been diagonsed with PCOS. I am coping with symptoms such as infertility, hairloss, and extra hair in unwanted places! I am still in the learning stage and have so many questions.
