Okay, ley me get this straight... I have heard a LOT about the foods I should advoid. like....
1 dairy
2 rice
3 CHOCOLATE....dear God
4 High fat foods
5 baked goods
6 food with more than 4g sugar per serving
7 carbonated drinks
8 caffeinated drinks
9 fermented items, ie. soy sauce
10 alcohol
11 artificial sugars
12 pasta
13 potaotes
my question is why don't they just list the items you can have, it's shorter!
1 fiber
2 lean protein
3 fiber
4 veggies (unless they give you gas)
5 fiber
6 fruit
7 tea or freakin water
Good God my main food source is now psyllium... and I am still having troubles! Frustrated I am. Any advice would be appricated. I know...I am feeling sorry for myself and a lot of people have it way worse than me. It's just getting used to the idea my life will never be the same again. O well, it's good for me, this new diet. Maybe I'll finally lose some weight... but if I don't.... be afraid, be very afraid! hahaha. Okay I am now fully vented. Thanks for indulging my ramblings.~~
