I'm an Army wife, and have three grown children. I am also a grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren. I wish to open my own coffee shop in the near future with my youngest daughter.

Close Sciatica
My extreme pain problems started in November of 2006. I am currently in an almost pain free state. I still have some problems with pain when I wake up from sleeping. I was scheduled for back surgery two weeks ago, but postponed it for six weeks to see if the exteme pain comes back. So far so good.
Treatments
- Stretching Working / Worked
- I went to physical therapy for 6 weeks. I could hardly move my left leg. Every time I slept, I woke up with horrific leg cramps. Exercises helped to get rid of that.
