hi everyone! hope you all are having a great week! i am so sorry to be out of touch lately, but i am getting ready to go out to colorado for 10 days!!!! i leave sat morning! can NOT wait! hope my flight goes well...marg has me a leeetle nervous,lol! i don't mind flying but i still get anxious till i'm actually on the plane, then i'm fine. i found a great kennel for lucy to visit for a few days while i am gone. jd works(4) 12 hr days and he would be gone too long and its overnite. so for the 4 days he works, she will be better there. i hate leaving anything undone when i go on vacation, so i am in the zone this week getting it all organized at work, paying bills, getting lucy set. you get the picture. i will miss lily like crazy, but she is at her other grandma's for a few days. i promise to check in before i go and while i am gone. by the way, the pittsbgh pens played AWESOME hockey! that game was incredible! GOOOO PENS! from the burgh...nite nite and pain free sweet dreams...

Colorado is such a beautiful state! I hope you have a wonderful time while you are away! I'm sure Lucy will enjoy her stay playing with the other dogs at the doggy daycare! Your little Lily will miss her Gammy, I'm sure, but, knowing Gammy, she will probably get a little gift when you see her. lol Take lots of pictures and post them for us to see when you get back! You will be fine my friend. That horrendous flight was out over the Pacific Ocean and they do not happen over land. Want to hear all about it when you return. Glad you found somewhere nice for Lucy that is always a relief.
