Ugly rainy day here. It got to a great big high of 41 today. It sat around 33 most of the day. It definitely doesn't help a mood any. I am feeling a bit better today but still have that awful draining.
I did have a good day despite the weather. I had a Mom and son date with my oldest. I had a Mother daughter day with my youngest Tuesday so it was only fair to have one on one time with my other kids. I enjoy spending alone time with them. My son and I went to check out a new place where you can paint pottery, do mosaics, and make fused glass items like pendants, plates, earrings, just about anything you can think of. I am glad we found it because we had a blast. My son made a tumbler with a drinking top on it. He did a really good job on it. Then we moved to the glass making area and had a grand time making pendants. We made 7 or more pendants. I lost count after a couple. We kind of just played around with the glass jewelry learning different techniques. I made a daisy one that I really like. They will be ready by the weekend and maybe by the middle of the week. I can't wait to see them. We plan on going back again. I am going to make more glass jewelry when I go to pick up our pieces. Next I need to take my younger son out for a date. I'm not sure what he wants to do yet. Maybe we will go to the place we went today.
