Mom is still in the hospital and may have to be sent to a larger city and hospital cause there is no one at the hospital she is at to do a doppler to check for a clot. They are treating her for one anyway. I called her before I went to church this morning and she said Dad called and said he was coming down to see her. She told me to call and tell him I would come and get her clean clothes and stuff because she said he did not sound "alert" enough to drive. I called him and he already left. So I have been a nervous wreck all morning. Now she wants me to come down there because he attempted to bring what she needed but he didn't get it right. My nerves are completely shot.
Hubby scared me to yesterday he got mad at my kitten and chased him through my house and up the stairs throwing heavy plastic coat hangers at him. Now the kitten is so scared he don't want anyone near him. Sometimes I think DH is a total moran.
Needless to say I saw his temper yesterday over a kitten who climbed into a window with the blind down, I to think of what he would throw at me when I go.
I think I will follow advice and write a note a disappear.

Whatever you do don't even leave a note. Just when you know it's safe and he's just gone to work. LEAVE. Go wherever you have to to be safe. I lived with a man who beat me for almost 4 years. I didn't have what it took to leave until he tried to kill my daughter. He threw her when she was 15 days old. She was born with holes in her lungs and she was a very sick baby. The Lord healed the holes in her lungs. My Momma and Daddy helped me get away from him. I moved into Momma and Daddy's house. He knew not to come out there as my Daddy had already put a shotgun in his face and told him if he ever laid a hand on me again they wouldn't be able to find the pieces of him scattered all over Henry county. And Daddy meant it. That happened after Donal beat me severely and I walked 15 miles from where I lived to Momma and Daddy's house. When I got to the house Momma didn't even recognize me my face was so beaten up. The first thing Momma said was your Dad is going to kill him. So, I went with Daddy to keep Daddy from winding up in jail. But, I stayed because he said he would kill my Momma and Daddy if I left him. He was a very cruel person. Just know you are being prayed for by many people. And if you have to change your name do it. If you have to change your on-line name do it. Whatever it takes for you to be safe. I love you and I'm praying for you. There's nothing in your home that's worth you staying to get hurt for.
Just remember the one who gave HIS life for you.
God loves you and so do I.

Gina, my thoughts and prayers are with your mom, and i hope you comfort the kitten. no animal should be scared, and i am sure, you will love, and care for that kitten, so that it is comfortable being around people again. *hugs* :)

Gina, I am so sorry about your mom, sorry i havent been online to talk with u, been having problems of my own. I hope they find out what is wrong with her! I agree u should just leave get ur kitty and go everything else is replaceable!! i'm so sorry you're so scared right now. your home life shouldn't be so terrifying when you're in so much stress and fear for your mom! i left a man who was getting agressive with me. it was scary, yet i managed. it's hard to go, but just do it. don't give him the satisfaction of a note. don't give him any satisfaction. just get out of there. you can get a protective order to stay safe. then he can't hurt you without jail time. just know i'm here and care! ((hugs))

I will keep you mom and you in my prayers...I know you are doing the right thing. He is being abusive to both you and the cat... so you both should get out of there when you had planned. Leave a short note to him telling him you couldn't be there and be healthy. Also make sure to leave your son a note too telling him how much you love and that will never change.

I agree with everyone else, I have been in those shoes too. Ive been beaten, raped, and scared for my and my families lives. It not worth staying. Get you kitty and get out of there. When he goes to work, grab what you can and go as fast as you can. If you have a cell phone, dhange the number. Honey, do whatever you have to. Just get out of there. Im so sorry to hear about your mom. I will be praying for you and your safety and for your moms quuick healing. And also for the drs. hands and minds to be guided by the Holy Spirit. Hang in there.
