Well, I went to see the dr yesterday and he put me on Cymbalta. I got pretty tired within a couple hrs after taking it and then about 5-6 hrs later while I'm laying in bed I felt real sick but I don't know if it was from thinking about him and her or from the meds...lol Tonite I feel fine after taking it, so we'll see.
He came here this evening on his way to work. I don't know what for, he just kinda came in, looked for his clothes that I took out of the dryer and threw in a basket to get wrinkled and stood in the living room to watch the tv. We were eating dinner and I barely spoke to him. Earlier today I took down our picture and the pictures of his truck and all his driving trophys and put them all over in the corner by his computer desk. My daughter said he looked around and just kinda laughed about it. Why should I have his 'junk' clutter up everything when he is never here anymore?! He'll get the point when I have all his clothes and everything else put there too!
His daughter's mother called me today. I was fairly surprised because he told me that she was real pissed off at me for me talking about him in front of his daughter. She sure didn't act like it! She had told me that they(he and his family) were worried about what I'm going to be able to get out of this divorce! LOL His mother called her and asked her what she got out of her divorce from her ex and she told her "$600 a month in spousal support." His mother said "really? With no kids from the marriage? I hope Tina doesn't know about it!" LOL I about died when she told me that!!!!!!! To top it off...she filed everything herself! She went to legal aid clinic where they showed her how to do everything and that's it. Then she told me that I'd be able to get more since we were married longer and he made more! So I am definately going to go to the clinic!!! I told her that she should take him back to court for more herself...they set their support a long time ago and it was never modified.
I also went to the Michigan Works seminar yesterday morning and I have an appt set up later this month to set everything up to go back to school!!! YEA!!!! I am going to take full advantage of this program so that I can take care of my family!!! I don't need no husband!!!! They will pay for my GED and also up to 2 yrs of college.
Slowly but surely things are looking up. I'll take a little at a time over nothing at all anyday!!!!
