  Hi, I just read your blog..my boss uses the book, Eat for your blood type" , has fibro when she eats potatoes...she cuts out wheat, dairy, etc..I've tried it too. I gives good advice on what to eat according to what type you are. There is a definate link to wheat, dairy, sugar to pain.I am witness to that. Tried and true..

  LOL - OK, I understand. :-) I feel the same way. I LOVE "my kids", but I miss sleeping in and taking life easy which helps with my fibro pain.

  Hugs for a terrific Tuesday. Don't forget to take care of yourself today. You deserve it. :-) I love teaching 2nd graders - they still love their teachers unconditionally. It hurts my heart that your son doesn't like school. It shouldn't be that way.

  I totally understand. I've been getting my classroom unpacked and set up which does not help the fibro. Take care of yourself and keep reminding yourself that slow and easy wins the race (I'm going to try to do that as well). :-)
