  UGH..it's cold and overcast today..even on cold days ,usually the sun is shineing a little..except when it's raining.I'm sitting here,not much to do.My new sofa is being delivered today,and Shane is coming to finish painting the little part of the ceiling I could n't reach..I hope he brings a breakfast Burrito! :) hugs dd

  no, well, I've never had a panic attack, it is more of a general fear.... look, it probably doesn't matter. I don't think I can make much sense right now, and I am feeling anrgy for no reason. argh. I'm going to go smoke and try to breathe.

  I wish I knew what I am feeling. It's actually kind of funny, in a messed up way, but I am going from sad to determined to hysterical to calm.. But overall, I am really scared right now... when I can think, I'm afraid.
