Saturday's Food (keep in mind I have the flu AND had a depressing day so...) Slimfast cappuchino shake …
I haven't had much time to write lately but just wanted to post an update. I have done very well since my surgery. To date I have lost a total of 37 lbs. I have not had any problems except making sure that I eat, even when I don't want too. I am still drinking one shake a day to get my protein in. I really hate them and am constantly trying new ways to make them to try to find something I like. The only thing that I have found, that I can stomach, is a blueberry shake made with blueberry yogurt and unflavored protein.
Hope everyone is doing good.
Later!

I am on shakes also and i make mine with fresh fruit and yogurt. I put in like for example some crushed ice (from sonic) love that ice some chopped up strawberries and canalope or bananas add a bit of milk unless you can't have it i can and then some splenda if i want something a little more sweet and its really good. IF i don't finish it i put it in the freezer and save it for later...really good later

Things are a lot different now, it's even different than a few years ago.
I usually do 4ozs milk and a cup of yogurt with a 1 1/2 scoop powder. I am rethinking the extra powder just to keep from having to drink more than one shake. I do use unflavored protein and that helps but sometimes it still makes me a little nauseated. I think it is all in my head.
