Well, I suffer from ADHD so I'm up at 3:40 am and my daughter's dog is begging me to sleep so I'll have to journal later.

Support Groups
Close Fibromyalgia
I have been told that I should make sure this isn't what I have but I do have a lot of the symptoms that sufferers have. There's a support group in my town but I don't want to join unless I do have it but my sister in law insists. Is this caused by a stressful episode in your life? Diane
Treatments
- Adderall Working / Worked
- Works very well but I can't get out of the bed unless I take it. It makes me feel like I am addicted to it but my body has to have it to fuction. No side effects.
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- Water aerobics instead.
- Cyclobenzaprine Working / Worked
- Good. It really helps with tension headaches too.
- Effexor Working / Worked
- Yes but I am on Wellburtin as well.
- TENS Working / Worked
- Using my husbands. It's good.
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- wouldn't do without it, Omega 3, and the stuff for you joints.
- Zanaflex Working / Worked
- I haven't used it in a long time but it helped
