I was able to do five miles on my stationary bike to night, it took me like seventeen minutes but I am just happy I got to the five mile mark. I would have done a victory lap but that would have been pointless on a stationary bike.

UPDATED GOALS

Get rid of my gut.

    crap- don't I feel awful! It takes me an hour to do 5 miles on the treadmill--- hmmm maybe that is averaged out since you can bike faster than walk??? hmmm what do you think?
