Hi am feeling exactly the same way as you today. I feel like I have wasted many years just sitting about, too exhausted to do anything and guilty as hell because some days I just cant manage to get things done. U are not a loser, neither am I, even though it feels like it. so accept a hug from the uk. keep in touch we all need to cheer each other up.

I know the unbearable pain you're in so keep reaching out (which I know can be hard for a man to do) you'll find some ways to manage the pain & find some level of relief. Hi Im Mike... I have had problems since my teen years... Been told I was a wimp etc... Just growing pains... well Im 35 and alot worse.. dont think growing pains are an issue anymore. Been tested for lupus ms artrits and everything under the sun... 9/11/06 had surgery for a ruptred disc... since surgery pain has increased ten fold... was told by arthritis doctor I have fibromyalgia.. didnt know what that was.. Read a book on it. for the first time in 20 years a light came on.the book was so me
