      Hello friend. Sorry I haven't sent many hugs your way lately. I am not sure where you have been. I have kind of been caught up with my family and my self. My little boy James is really well after his throat surgery last week. We are still staying near the hospital for another few days in case of bleeding. I am doing very well - I have been to the library and found some books on abuse and incest, done some research on the internet, journalled a bit and am ready for my first counselling appt with the psychologist on the 28th June. Nervous but necessary. The diet thing has kind of been on the back burner. I feel fat but... first things first. I hope you are doing OK. Thank you for you friendship.
