    Doug, I wish we could have a timer on the screen so that we know where we are time wise, that way we don't end up cutting the juicy parts, happens all the time to me!

    hi jenna,
    what your feeling about job security is totally understandable. Have you been documenting the talks that you have done with this supervisor ? its obious that you will have an email history to show but if you are able to document the talks it will help cause then you can bring it to the next person above your supervisor. Stating what you discussed and how its not being fixed. It is illlegal to not pay a person the amount that is in the contract. If it says 14 an hour they have to pay you it. If they have stipulation in there then it is the only time that they can very the pay.
    Also when you r doing your bill paying make a list of what you have to pay and when set in stuff for fun and stuff that is necessaities such as groceries, gas, bus money etc.
    It helps make you able to keep on budget its really hard to do so without. My ryan doesnt know how to do this and i m constantly getting us out of debt. I have found when we do a budget it helps and we are able to have more money and control.
    there are several ways you can do this you can ither set aside money each paycheck for the rent and etc or you can pay it all in one paycheck. Do what works for you.

    Also be profesional and write down your ?'s have the supervisor sign it at the end of the meeting.
    Writing off the solutions the agreement you two have come to.
    When is your review for you pay? Ask about it and see if you can bring it up at a later date. Especially if your contract say s a specific amount and your not getting paid that. Talk with your human resource departement. Also your pay depends on how long you have been there . Some places have bonuses some dont some have pay raises periodically some dont.
    This is all in your contract ask for a copy of it or see if you can locate yours.
