I went to my neurosurgeon appointment yesterday.The surgeon said He couldnt tell Mainecare(my insurance) that I need to go to Boston for my surgery.He said he couldnt tell them he couldnt do the surgery here then do the same type of surgery next week.

I think I am supposed to get my surgery in Maine.I talked to Jesus about it today.I cried because everything is just changing so much.I am used to certain doctors.

But there are some positives to getting it done in Maine since everyone i am really close to is here.

He also said that I wouldnt need traction, but that they could maybe do a 2 stage operation instead.

I will have to just trust God and see what His plan is, im just trying to go along with the plan,lol.

The surgeon said he would write letters to the other surgeon I saw and my primary care doc, and he said I should talk to my current surgeon.

I am starting to think my surgery is meant to be done in Maine.Thats okay.They told me that the neurosurgeon and the other surgeon I had gone to work together in operations which is cool.

I have been sick so im glad I didnt join the ED program otherwise I know I would have thrown up and had to go home.I think I have the flu but its getting better :) I have been praying a lot since my illness has done a number on me and God has helped. Just wanted to give an update.
