Have tried physical therapy. Was greate for 3 months; however, it has hence come back. I was told after physical therapy that you must wear a soft collar to keep you head in one position. Hope your feeling better.

I am 42 year old mother of a 17 daughter. I was very physically active until getting vertigo 8 months ago. My life has changed dramatically. I am still in the process of seeking treatment and help.
