May 21st, 2007- around 11:15pm
Today I feel really tired so I'm going to make this fast. i can't remember any of the times right now, but please trust that everything was about 3 hours apart.
-1/2 cup bran flakes and 1/2 cup of milk with banana
-Egg salad sandwhich on whole wheat bread with sml salad, that had balsamic vinegar dressing
-1 thin piece of cheese and 5 rice crackers
-1 cup of sheperds pie
-1 donut and 5 tim bits.
water: 48 oz
Exercise: half an hour brisk walk and lifting kids and carrying one around practically all day at work (for 12 hours)
I'm proud of myself for eating good portions. So I finished off my day with a few sweets, it wont happen again until next weekend! I have to think of it this way. I acknowledge I did it, don't actually feel good after it (physically) and decide to make a better choice tomorrow.
Gotta go to bed!

HEy don't beat yourself up cause it wasn't that bad. Consider choices that you used to make all day long before you started to make these life changes. Did you do that bad? Then we are still proud of you.....Keep up the good work.
