Well Today i did pretty well for myself. All my snacks were vegetables or fruit, and I ate small portions. I actually felt full eating more often (every three hours) but smaller amounts of food. It was great. I forgot what that felt like. 12 hour shifts are long though and I am soo tired. I'm ready to hit the sac tonight. I'm hoping to get a little exercise in on my break tomorrow. I only get an hour. I'm glad to day went well though.

Oh my gosh! There is so much snow here in Ottawa it's not even funny! I just spend two hour shovelling, even with three other people helping. There just isn't enough space to put it all! We had to climb up on the mountain of snow just to move it all over so we had space for the snow on the laneway. What a job! But the good part is I got my workout for the day. I actually feel really good after being outside and working so hard. A little tired and I'm sure I'll be soar later, but well worth it I think. Thanks mother nature!
