I am really worried about my boy, i had parents evening and was told that they are not putting him in for his english SAT because he is so far behind he is 11 going up to secondary this year and has the reading age of a 5 year old. I know i have not spent enough 1 to 1 with him but i have tried how did i fail so badly.

you havent failed darlin, some children work at different paces than others...nothing you have or havent done....let him grow as person, he might be fantatic at other things, art, sport.... but please you have not failed him.
