Have been to my counsellor today. I haven't been for the last 42 days, so she hasn't seen me since I've lost 14kg.
It was a great session.
She is awesome and very happy with me. i am very happy with me.
I can't believe the difference in me in one year. I am so glad I have taken this journey and come out about Dad to my family. Now I so want to get on with my life in a positive happy way.
Ohh by the way journal and friends. it is freezing over here. I am so cold.
