  I hear you loud and clear. And believe me when I say that my weight issue isnt clouding my thoughts. Just saying that looks are not a reason to think about divorce. NOW you did bring up a valid concern and thats violance from both ends and you said something that made me think that your trying to control your anger but she isnt. Im sorry you feel that I wasnt being objective. I will try to rethink the way I am stating things.... You came looking for help not to be bashed. I know at 20 that looks are a driving force to a mans sex drive. For women its emotional. Actually for a lot of men for a long time thats the driving force. I could see how some one would find me unattractive as a sexual partner. As wives we do have a responcibility to try to maintain our selves. As Partners we have a responcibility to be open minded and accepting of our chocen spouse no matter what flaws they develope. I think its important that we try to do just that. I think that as long as we strive to make improvements we should allow ourselves and our spouces the room for error and allow them to try to change. At 19 and 20 you have your whole life ahead of you. You will go thoguth so many changes and grow as people. I guess instead of focusing on the issue that you first presented I should have been more open and simply suggested that you look deep in your soul and decide if you can love her despite any flaws she has and agree to work and make things work... she of cource has to be willing to do the same. Marriage takes two people. Sometimes one shuts down its the obligation of the other to help jumpstart the one that shuts down. Maybe you are right in that your not ready for marriage... but please take that idea seriously. make sure its for the right reasons and not ones that will come and go. A right reason would be the fighting aggessively... thats a form of abuse... contant yelling and badgering is emotional abuse... maybe those things on top of the physical things is just to much. Maybe the physical is like icing on the cake and tangable for you. No one likes to admit that they hit or are hit by the one they feel in love with. I just simply wanted to remind you of your vows of sickness and health rich and poor but no where there do they say you must withstand abuse.... Please believe me when I say I did not intend to bash... I hope you can look at my posts again and see what I was really trying to get across... if not thats ok... Marriage also doesnt mean you will be IN love with that person always but that you will work on living life as partners fighting against all odds to find happiness even when you dont think it can be found. I hope thats a little better... and more like the me I try to be. I again appologise if I said things in a way that were offensive I truely do usually try not to offend....
