I love to stay active and busy as much as possible. Love the outdoors. I believe that we are never given more when we can handle.
Just being as active as possible, enjoying what life has to offer before I am unable to. No regrets.

Now it is my turn on the 14th to see if I need surgery - keep your fingers crossed on that one, I can't have surgery with a new job!!!!! Have a wonderful day and remember to take it easy - Hugs!

Laminectomy, Disc Deteroation. Disc herniation. Spinal Stenosis. Unable to walk without pain. Surgery was done on April 23rd, just when you think your feeling better, you get up and move around and your back down for another week! still alot of numbness in foot and ankle, dr. says it's from the main nerve that runs down my back. Dr. also says it will take 6 weeks for the nerve to heal. It's been 5 weeks and no change, starting to get worried now. Numbness was there before surgery, more so now.
