OHSU lost their funding for their movement disorder clinic and were unable to contiue to treat patients unless they brought their own botox with them. I found a very good neurologist near my home who could treat me. OHSU is not next door since I don't live in the Boise area. I live near the Canadian Border and had to go to Spokeane to fly to Portland. I would fly in and home on the same day. It was exhausting. The experiences there for three years were all positive even though I was treated by neuro residents under the supervision of an experienced neurologist.
I know OHSU well. I used to fly there every 3 months to get treated. I have relatives in both Portland and Eugene. I am thinking about renting out my house here and buying one in Oregon.
Darn, I just red your profile! You have been roughed up to say the least! Hope you have a low pain day. That weather up there must be awful for CP. God Bless, Deb

Had billateral mandibular advancement two years ago. Jaw was brought out too far on one side causing a non boney union, tmj, numbness, muscle spasms in head, neck, and eyes. Also Caused small partial seizures, and loss of feeling in lower right quadrent of lips, gums, and chin. Caused TMJ so severe that I have no cartilage left in either side. It is scrapping bone to bone. My left jaw now appears to be caving in, collapsing.
