About Me
I was a professional Ballet dancer most of my life and practiced sport almost daily anyway a very active person with great back ground and dicipline. I had spine surgery in 1990, reached menopause around age 39 or less then it toook me few years to get back on my feet. Recently I had bone density test and surprise! "Osteopenia!" touching osteoporosis....my hips , legs and off course my back hurt even when I am sleeping and I never had this before. Maribel

Close Osteoporosis
53 years old lady. recent Bone Density test showed osteopenia, border osteoporosis. I danced Ballet most of my life professionally and sport almost daily. Pain in my hips and legs are daily. I feel sad, trying to exercise and taking extra calcium, vit-D and depress and lonely indeed! I have always push myself to the limit but I also feel wweak as if all is taking a tow of my life thou I am trying. I had spine surgery in 1990 and disabled from this accident . Help!
