Hello to my dear friends, i am doing a journal but will take me a long time so i have written a journal type entry in the NeuroCranial Restructuring Works group (NCR) under any questions please ask title. It is about what happened to me in London. It gives you the details of what happened, just needed to do something for friends to read and people who i don't know yet, but maybe it could help them too. Read it and please be positive about it, i would appreciate an open mind when reading it. It has been 8 years of hell being in chronic pain and such dark depression. I thought that was me for life !!....Oh no it's not, i was away 11 days and came back a different Louise, i actually recognise this person haven't seen her in a long time ....lol. I am feeling very good and building up slowly by walking, gentle walking.
I am not sure if you need to join the group to read it (NCR) but join it, you never know who this may help, you, your friends or family. Thanks to all my friends for your support and prayers, i am not going anywhere i still have lots of work to do to get back into some kind of shape....lol.....I am on the right path though so that helps.
Lots of love and many hugs to everyone, Lou x x x
