  Thanks Lou, I have a friend at church that was ill with this Saturday night, but she was well enough to go to church, its a horrible bug.. makes your whole belly ache and makes ya feel norshus! I think the Oxford English Dictionary should accept that spelling, its wonderful.. I have a spud baking in the oven, am going to try that, if it gives me the trots so be it. love n hugs.. feel a bit woozy too!

  Yes, I went to church today, and loved every minute of it, there were a couple of times that I was in lots of pain, so fidgetted and slipped off into my own planet, planet vonny. Teaching was on spiritual warfare..doesnt sound inspiring, but it is Lou, it explained so many things to me, which have slipped out of my left ear. never mind I can download todays teaching on google video .. yeah~! am v tired now, I made myself a pork casseroley stewy thing in the slow cooker on Friday, didnt eat it so I kept it in the fridge til this morning, put it on low and forgot that I wanted dumplins.. can't wait to scoff it .. I am Hank Marvin.. hugs

  Hi Lou, Ihope you see the money fairy very soon. IF you do, could you send him/her my way when you're done?! You sound well...I hope you're weathering the storm as best as you can. I'm ok - a little down that this recovery is taking sooooooooo long. It will be one year on 12/13, and I don't know if that fact, mixed with the upcoming holidays have me down or what. My recovery is similar to saving up $10,000 by putting $50 in the bank a week. Know what I mean? I'm progressing, just in very, very small increments. I suppose I should be grateful for this instead of dwelling on "what isn't." Hope you are well today. Thanks for the hug and for checking in. It's much appreciated. Love and Hugs to you, June

  Hi Lou If ever you get a chance to buy some of Burts Bees pampering stuff, do it.. it is a bit expensive, but man, I did the Burts bees for feetsies, and my feet are loving every minute of it.. they do loads of stuff.. I got it half price when I saw my sister yeterday I am thinking of going back and seeing if I can get some more.. different stuff.. hugs hope that wretched migraine lifts,.. not much seems to help when it really hurts ... hugs hugs and soft strokeys on your fevered brow.,. loveya
