Yesterday was better. Although Kenzii was really impatient about wanting the gift for her friend wrapped "right now", things went fairly smooth. To get them to finish their room cleaning I bribed them. I told them we had a surprise for them on Saturday, but that I would not tell them what until the room was cleaned. LOL not only did they clean their room but Kenzii did dishes. In between demanding the gift wrapped of course.
We did find out the kids do not like friend smelt though. lol compared to the other day I could care less if they like it. That's not a biggie. I dread this weekend, as today the kids have a birthday party to go to. Saturday they have a rodeo to go to, and Sunday they'll probably go to the branding with us. We haven't decided yet on Sunday.
On another good note I finally made the teacher cut down on homework. 3 hours a day plus the normal school day was too much!! I informed her that the homework will have to be cut down or we would be forced to change schools. No grade 1 student should have that much homework, especailly an AS child who won't be passing that grade anyway.

We got a huge bonus yesterday. Nothing to do with the kids, but still exciting. A neighbor called and told us he has a horse that anyone can ride, and he's ours free if we just come load him and take him home. His name is Levi, and once he settles down, I think he'll be a great horse.
