Hug
Good to hear from you. Sad that I can't say anything to make a difference to how you feel but you are in my thoughts often. Christmas and Grahams' birthday must have been especially hard. It would have been Neil's 40th on 11/02 and we talked so much about when we got to 40 years old. It makes me so sad. Hope the group sessions have been helpful to you. Take care for now. Xx

Close Depression
Read "No Time to Say Goodbye, Surviving the Loss of a Loved One" by Carla Fine. What you are feeling and thinking is very normal. People whohave a suicide in their family are more likely to commit suicide, but it might be that depression is inherited, or it might be that out thinking becomes warped by rationalizing that somhow our loved ones actions makes sense. Whereas before this we would never in a million years have though this could make any sense. Please read this book. It helped me.
