      I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder,psychosis and BPD.it sucks

      I am 34 and get panic attacks when I go outside.I also have an anxiety disorder

      Treatments

      Acupuncture Not Working
      didn't help
      Ativan Somewhat Helpful
      I have been on Ativan.it calms me down when i have a panic attack but I am laso depndant on it(I am addicted!!)
      Breathwork Somewhat Helpful
      helps for five minutes then i get panicky again
      Hypnotherapy Somewhat Helpful
      it didn't work.except once and it lasted for about a week(the calmness that is
      Luvox Not Working
      drove me crazy when I was on it
      Paxil Not Working
      am on it.doesnt really help me
      Relaxation Somewhat Helpful
      so far ativan and relaxation tapes have helped with anxiety.once in the morning and once at night(for the tapes)
