 This storm is rotating counterclockwise as all tropical depressions. It's very wide and slow moving. It's not spinning fast enough to be cyclonic. This type causes flooding from too much rainfall all at once.

Also tornados. Gotta watch. 

3:00 PM My ditch in front of my house is good, it's passing water through.

Lots of limbs down from the trees.

 The white frog just quacked.

The white frog (local species) the one that quacks loudly like a duck, keeps indicating. This frog is a big help because he/she quacks loud seconds before it rains, then seconds after it stops; seconds before sundown and seconds before sunup.

The WESH TV 2 email weather reports keep coming in with the advisories.

Ishmael hasn't been seen in 2 days. He's my outdoor semi-feral cat. He's a big tall muscular white cat security guard.

3:08 PM power is out in Broward Co. that's Fort Lauderdale.

Anita is on phone with me. The kids are video camming, LIKE MINI JOURNALISTS!

3:55 PM Grove Street looks like river, my street. My yard has moderate cleanup from downed palms and pine tree branches. Hey, that's normal. That's why I'm physically fit. LOL!

4:32 PM The major arm of the spiral just passed. So it's just drizzle. 

5:07 PM small roll of 24 inch sheet metal awning in front of stupid ass neighbor's yard, his crap,  so I picked it up and I've claimed it. Yes I am cranky but grasshoppers should be eaten.

5:21 PM it's so calm out there it is spooky. 

8:53 PM the storm is stuck over Lake Wales and Lake Okeechobee area. You know what it's doing. It's sucking up warm streamy water. The talking heads are saying it's even slowed down the counterclockwise rotation.

9:00 PM you can see the street, the water has subsided 

9:15 PM no Ishmael but maybe he ate some food, his plate was partially eaten. I am grief struck by Ishmael's absence and I suspect that the doberman across the street has killed him, since he is a large cat which stands up to dogs like that. Noble Ishmael. Ishmael was my semi-feral hurricane Wilma cat. Why do people and their horrible stupid dobermans have civil rights while my feral cat and myself have no civil rights whatsoever? The damned law should protect all life.

10:22 PM THE epicenter is supposed to be here.  It's not much right now, 30 mph? There is some gusting.

[Remark: My stupid ass neighbor still doesn't have a ditch in front of his house for water runoff. In FL they call them dry detentions (ditches with grass growing).  I resent anybody not doing "the right thing" and behaving like grasshoppers. FL is proof that neighbors can kill you, by piling land-fill up high and disregarding science. True communism would fix that. All I know.]
