My job interview got rescheduled for Tuesday at 10a.m. instead of tomorrow.

My Mother had an interview with a place last Wed. they asked her to get a DMV printout of her driving record before meeting them-she went to the DMV left her lights on and her car wouldn't start, she missed that interview. They rescheduled her for last Friday, late in the day around 5-she couldn't find the place by 6 when they closed.....come on!!!
I'm at a loss for words-that's all I have to say right now!!!

How damn convienent. Sounds like some crap my mom would do. I cant imagine how pissed you are!!! You are allowed to go outside you door and walk outside and scream at the top of your lungs, maybe run down your street doing it! AAUUUGhh!!! I would. Let it out girl.

OMG! I don't believe this. Yes, your mom is making lame excuses, very lame! But don't let it stress you because you know who will suffer and it isn't your mother. Gosh darn J, if I were closer I would pop over and have a good heart to heart with your mom and if that didn't work I would beat her silly. lol Hope that made you smile. If you tossed her out would she have anywhere to go? Maybe you should write her a letter explaining your dire position financially and that she is taking away from her adorable grandson Ian? Would hubby be willing to talk to her and basically tell her get a job and start contributting or get out! That's amazing! You have every right to be upset. How would she react if one of her kids did that. You can't let it get to you. It's just sad that she is putting you through this. Here's a hug. Hope it gets better soon.

Have you ever seen the kids show "Backyardigans?" The characters use their imaginations and sing and dance thru the half hour show. It's on Nick jr. My granddaughter Ashley loves that show and because it's so musical she doesn't just sit and watch but she sings and dances with them. A little educationsl TV is a good thing. The singing and dancing is good exercise for the little guy. I hope you are feeling better. When a child that age says I don't love you, he's looking for a reaction to see how it works. He doesn't understand the meaning or their effects so don't even pay attention to that. Looking for a mom and tot group is a good idea. Kids are always happier when they are busy or with other kids and puppies. Since we got Roxy two weeks ago, Ashley has been running around with her and having her fetch and stuff - they wear each other out, lol - it's great! Feel better, hugs jilly
