    Im just me.. always been overweight, but now im trying to change my life around. I've been working out religiously for 2 months now, 3 days cardio 3 days weight lifting and 1 day of dance.. Im hoping to lose aobut 70-80 lbs.. by August.. who knows right. Well id love to hear from you!!! What's ur exercise regimen like, how are u eating and what are you eating.. mabye get a buddy ...well thanks!!

      hey all, been overweight my whole life, but now im takin a stance. I have 70-80 lbs left to lose .. working out 7days a week.. 3 days cardio 3 days weight lifting and one day of dance.. and thats about it for now.. hope to hear form you guys.. support is always great..
