      Thanks for the hug.All is ok here at the moment,I hurt today as I got carried away and did my kitchen cupboards yesterday.Am remaining positive,it seems to be helping.My daughter is trying to loose weight to,sheis doing well,shehas joined the WEIGHT RESOURCES web site and finds it very helpful,She has lost 5lbs in about 10 days. It must be lovely having your grandchild,lovely age to,give her a hug from me.I live in East Sussex near the sea.Thats right down South.       Good luck with your weight loss carmal,this time of year it is hard so don't feel bad if it doesn't go so well over Christmas,just except that it is hard over the holidays and go for it when all that food is gone.Bless you lovely to hear from you.

      I was diagni#osed with Lupus 5 years ago and the only support I have had is medication. I have to have regular injections for inflammed joints etc.

      Treatments

      Plaquenil Somewhat Helpful
      I am in constant pain. I am on Pain patches now as I have liver probs due to medication. The patches do take the underlying pain but not the very bad days.

      I as well as having Lupus. Have a lot of probs with hands. I also have CTS in both hands. Am on list for op as they are bad. Carmal

      Treatments

      Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
      helps a bit for the inflamation. have also had inj not helped but very painful.
      Wrist Splint Somewhat Helpful
      I don't wear mine at night iuse them during day for when I need to hold something ie kettle,pans and housework.
