Hi I also have peripheral neuropathy. I acquired that gem from various serious accidents I have had. I am on neurotin which helps alot. My sars is in my lungs. lymphs, spleen, jaw, and bowel. now my bones. They biobsied me thru a bronchoscope. seems to definately diagnose sars you need a biopsy of sorts, or so I have been told. I am a retired nurse and never heard of this desease so I am learning as everyone else. there is a lot of nice imfomative web pages about it that helped me alot. just google it. I'm sure you already have tho. have good day Dotty

Hi there What kind of scan do they plan on doing? Where is your sarcoids affecting you? a biopsy does not nessisarily have to be painful. I had them done on my lungs and lymphs without it hurting at all. Dotty

I HAD A LUNG BIOP ON JUNE 9TH. I SAW THE SURGEON LAST WEEK AND THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 8 WEEKS TO GET THE RESULTS. I'M GOING CRAZY. WHAT PROBLEMS ARE YOU HAVING ?

thank you so much for your words in my journal im really nervous about changing docs because i have had the same one for 10 years so this is a big step for me i made a list 3 pages long about the history of my back pain and depression and panic attacks and etc i hope you are doing ok take care i will let you know whats going on after i get out of there tomorrow thanks again suzie
