Close Anxiety
I have battled anxiey for 12 years. I only have a few mild symptoms left. YES there is hope for a full recovery. I am here to encourage others and gain strength from knowing I am not alone.
Treatments
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- Helped to calm me. Was very relaxing to lay in one place for 30 minutes.
- Breathwork Working / Worked
- Learning to breath deeply (stomach moves up and down) has really helped. When you breath shallow it increases anxiety
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Helped to talk to someone about my feelings and gain encouragement.
Close Panic Attacks
Ive been a member of the anxiety community for a while but used to suffer from panic attacks also. Im here to gain strengh from knowing Im not alone in my recovery and to encourage others who are suffering because I havent had a panic attack in a couple years.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Therapy helped me to resolve some issues I was dealing with.
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- Shallow breathing adds to the panic anxiety mode. To breath from your belly helps anxiety to go away.
