today I'm just kinda ok...I didn't sleep as well last night as the night before, I didn't sleep badly and I did sleep throough the night without symptoms!!!! There's alot to be said for just being able to do that much!!!! It's huge!!! Still wearing a mask when I go outside cause the pollen here is BRUTAL!!!! I get looks from people and I wonder why they look, Some you can just see it in their eyes. They're thinking,Oh, she has really bad allergies. Or they're thinking how silly it makes me look, or they're feeling sorry for me. I've gotten to the point I don't care which I just would like to breathe and outside this is the only way I can. I even have people close to me who don't really understand that Ifd I'm outside I wear the mask or I have an attack. It's just that simple!!!!
