About Me
I recently miscarried. I was 9 weeks. I found out during my first ultrasound. Seeing my child with no heartbeat is the most Painful experience of my life. I have started therapy and lost my job as a preschool teacher. I just don't know what to expect with this type of grieving.
Interests
I like watching movies. I spend most of my time alone when my fiance is at work. I sleep to reduce stress. I enjoy getting tattoos. My hero is my 12 year old cat.

Close Miscarriage
I miscarried at 9 weeks. I had a D&C on March 27th. I am now in grief therapy and still a wreck. I am learning to deal with the waves of emotions.
Treatments

- I am barely functioning. I lost my job. Things seem to be getting harder because I bottled everything up until it exploded on me.

- I have 2 tattoos in memory of my Baby Love.
Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have battled with depression most of my life. It is a nature and nurture factor for me. I was doing well until I had a miscarriage in March. Now I am back down the spiral.

- I take elavil for fibromyalgia and sleep disorder.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- I have been in and out of therapy since i was 16 and it all depends on the therapist and how willing I am to open up.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- I just started back on it after being off for 2 years. It helps especially for getting out of bed.

Open Fibromyalgia
I was diagnosed in 2000 and was the first and the youngest in my family. I struggle with this because it effects my depression and anxiety. But I am not willing to give up.

I have always been a worrier but over the years I have become more reclusive because I don't want people to see me uncomfortable.

I had my first panic attack when I was 13. My abusive father was on a rampage. It was so severe that I passed out. The attacks became worse after a car accident. They became much more random.

- Klonopin Working / Worked
- It works for the most part. I still have the lid fly off every once in a while.
Open Family Issues
Both parents are addicts/alcoholics. My father's abuse was when I was a pre-teen to teen ager. My mother has been for the last few years.
Open Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
I had to be hospitalized and got the diagnosis. I have suffered all types of abuse. The trigger to the breakdown is because of my miscarriage and major life stressors.

- I am learning how to do macrame and I make god's eyes. Working with my hands helps calm me.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- I go to therapy every week.
- Music Working / Worked
- I use music to ground me and it helps to scream out lyrics sometimes.

- I love my kitties and they love me.
- Clonazepam Working / Worked
- I have to take it 3 times a day.
Open Physical & Emotional Abuse
I was abused by my father when I was younger and I am now learning to cope with my alcoholic mother as well as my past relationship.

- It helps to ground me and sometimes it is good to scream out the lyrics.

I was abused by my father and our church pastor's son as a child.
Open Codependency
My mother is an emtionally and physically abusive alcoholic. I am the only one in my immediate family that is not an addict/alcoholic.

- I am learning to let go of my anger through Al-Anon and understand the disease through mine and other's experiences.
Open Chronic Pain
I have fibromyalgia and I have had back surgery but I also have degenerating disks.
