Open Insomnia
CFIDS...can't fall asleep, can't stay asleep, don't wake up feeling refreshed...as I am not...don't get restorative sleep. Fibromyalgia has 60+ symptoms, insomnia being one of them. You will mainly see me on here when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep and it is too early to start the day.
