Close Sleep Apnea
I am 23 years old. I have had OSA since I was 16. I had the surgery (did not work) and I have a CPAP machine. I have had it for two years. But since I have not found a mask that fits my face, I do not use it at all. I am always congested (due to asthma) so I cannot use a nose mask. I am still searching for the right mask. I am exhausted all the time. I can barely think or remember anything. It is frustrating. I can fall asleep anywhere, and I have some difficulty concentrating cause I am sleepy.
Treatments
- CPAP Not Working
- Nasal congestion so I cannot use the nose mask. Full face mask does not fit! What is Astelin?
