At this moment I am having a huge IC flare up. I'd rate my pain as an "8". I am experiencing severe pain in the lower-right quadrant of my abdomen. For me, when I have severe IC pain this is where it hits me so this isn't new...unfortunately. I have taken Vicodin, but it hasn't even touched the pain. I tried to sleep and was able to for a little while. This last week has been the worst week. I had a flare in FM, IC, back pain, and even had a migraine. This is the worst... when the illnesses flare up one after the other. I pray the pain level comes down so I can have some relief. Please think good thoughts for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
