      I have been married for 18 years. Looks like I'll be going through a divorce soon because my husband is not happy with our life anymore.

      Treatments

      Couples Counseling Not Working
      We went, we set goals, I did everything I could and it wasn't enough. The counselor was NOT effective. Now I need one just for myself.
      Love Not Working
      Love isn't enough, apparently.
      Pets Working / Worked
      My dog is wonderful. She makes me feel so loved.
      Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
      My Mom has been a HUGE support, even though she's going through a tough time herself. Friends are starting to help.
      Support Groups Considering
      I can't afford anything at the moment, but I really need positive healing instead of all the negativity in my life right now.
      Time Too Soon to Tell
      Time was starting to work, but he's back now and it's starting all over again.

      I have had depression for years, and have been on several different medications.

      Effexor Working / Worked
      Last meds I was on with amitrptalyne (sp?) was doing well.
      Prozac Not Working
      make me too hyper

      I am the parent of a 15 year old daughter who is the best thing I have ever done in my life.

      Stage: Early Onset

      My father has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. He is in the early stages, but my brother and I feel we need to do something now, because my Mom is depressed and doesn't think she can take care of him.
