well-i had my heart MRI thursday. it was awful-i'm kinda claustrophobic! and then you have to have your arms above your head-which is kinda hard normally. but i have bursitis in my left shoulder. about 3/4 into it i told them i couldn't take the pain in my shoulder anymore. so they pulled me out and let me move my shoulders and one of the ladies rubbed my shoulder! it was so nice and felt sooo good! i guess i'll hear the results monday when i see my surgeon. he is the head of cardiac surgery at the hospital where he's at. and the hospital was in the top 10 % nationwide for cardiac surgery in 2007. so-that's good-i guess....i just sooooo don't want open heart surgery! yeah-like anyone does-right?! 
it's been a little over a week for my 30 day holter monitor and i am already sick of it! i am also sick of being so short of breath with simple things-like bending over and rubbing ringo's belly! that is soooo not physically hard-but it makes me so winded! showering wears me out! i have to nap everyday for 2-3 hours. and i'm only 43!!!!!!!!!hubby's been in tennessee since this past wednesday,w/his brother-visiting their cousin. so it's nice and quiet! no drunken moron! no beer cans! but-he'll be back either monday or tuesday. well-i need to take a shower and go pick up drugs at walgreens.....hope everyone has a good weekend! HUGS!!!!!!!! trish

Enjoy your quiet! Hang in there with your tests, and yes - it's AWESOME that your cardio and hospital are highly rated. If you have to have the surgery, you want the best, right? Blessings and hugs!

Hi, just read your thread. Having an MRI isn't pleasant I know, I had one 2yrs ago...it's like lying in a giant smartie tube! I hope you'll be better soon and it's good to know you have a great surgeon and highly rated hosptial. All the best (((hugs)))
