    About Me

    I'm fructose an Lactose intolerant and I live in germay. Since 2005 I'm lactose interolerant. Since 2006 I'm fructose intolerant. Its very difficult to life with that in Germany. Doctors don't know much about intolerances and beetween 6 month I had to go to 20 doctors. the most said that I had psychic problems. no one belived me. that was horror. I lost 40 kilos beetween one year. know It's okay. sometimes better sometimes worse. But I hate it every day. no sweets, no fruits, no ice (I love ice cream).but I know I have to live with that.
