- Sugars, processed foods. when avoided he seems calmer.

- AMAZING PROGRESS IN ONLY 6 MONTHS!!!!!!
- Early Intervention Working / Worked
- Loves his early interventionist looks forward to visits. Learned to take instruction from someone other than parents Early speech therapy helped but not enough as needed
- Independent Living Skills Working / Worked
- Working at home to teach how to do simple tasks like make a sandwich, hang up clothes, grocery shop. Seems to enjoy independence, however he's only 5 time will tell.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Swimming, walking, soccer, skating, trampoline, yoga ball etc. very calming, seems to take the edge off.

My son has Autism, his cousin Aspergers. Sometimes diagnosies change over time. Perhaps one day my son will have progressed to the point where he'd have a new diagnosis of Aspergers. He's only 5 now so... improvement should be inevitable.

I would like to lose for good the baby weight and then some. About 40 lbs in total. I plan to decrease my coffee intake. I figure with the cream that's about 200-800 cals a day alone. Replace my naughty snacks with healthy ones and keep a bit of a food journal. will try to sneak in some exercise, but with the kids forming hunchbacks on me it's kinda hard.
