well i am just writing to say all is well here ,have been busy seeing aa friends ,on sunday my sponcer was 32 yrs sober so a lot of people fro the rooms ,went round to see her ,there was a buffet and soft drinks ,it was really good ,she is such an insperation to many of us ,i feel blessed that she is my sponcer ,although i put in the hard work on me to stay sober ,she has always been there for me ,when i need to talk ,or am having a bad day ,as even after all these years sober ,i can still have bad days ,because ,i am human .

         Today i except the good days and bad days ,and i know if i stay sober one day at a time .nothing will ever be that bad ,

                             We have had sunshine for 2 days

                 so maybe we will get a summer after all .
